The Drive In Comedy Club - 10th August

The Drive In Comedy Club is a new way for you to take time out and have a laugh with the UK’s top comedians in the UK from the comfort of your own car. We’ll have live comedians on stage alongside our giant screen, with sound transmitted directly to your radio.

Line Up:

Jayde Adams

Award-winning comedian and proud Bristolian Jayde Adams is an uncut gem; a force of nature; dangerous and unafraid. Jayde filmed her special Serious Black Jumper for worldwide release on Amazon Prime.

A regular on our screens, Jayde is the host of Channel 4’s brand new, high-concept food show Crazy Delicious, and the co-host of the channel’s culinary entertainment series Snackmasters, while she brought her cult live musical comedy show Amusical to the screen for the very first time for Comedy Central. Jayde has featured as a guest on CelebAbility (ITV2) Strictly It Takes Two (BBC Two), Roast Battle, Live At The Comedy Store, The Chris Ramsay Show (Comedy Central), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Channel 4), 8 Out of 10 Cats (E4), Dara O’Briain’s Go 8 Bit (Dave), Good Omens (Amazon Prime), and Russell Brand’s Stand Off for Comic Relief (BBC).

Mat Ewins

Mat Ewins is an exceptionally funny guy. In 2017 he was nominated for the coveted lastminute.com Edinburgh comedy award for Best Show with, Mat Ewins: Presents Adventureman 7 – The Return Of Adventureman, which he also took to London’s Soho Theatre for an extended run. In 2018 Mat returned to Edinburgh with What Sorry? My Mistake! The Doors Are Not Open; The Show Has Been Cancelled. Do Not Have Your Tickets Ready! (widely lauded as the best title of the Fringe) where he enjoyed a sold out run with extra shows, followed by a run at the Soho Theatre in early 2019.
Mat as been seen on Live From the BBC (BBC One), Harry Hill’s Clubnite (Ch4), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Ch4) and The Paddock (All4)

Alfie Brown

Alfie’s firebrand style of comedy has been forged from years of pushing boundaries and experimentation. Natural stage presence combined with explosive material makes for a thrilling performance every time he hits the stage. Constantly evolving and striving for ways to innovate, Alfie can move from hour-long idea driven shows to tight sets in various clubs effortlessly.

Alfie has appeared on Comedy Central's Roast Battle and Channel 4's Clubnite and Game Face alongside Harry Hill and Roisin Conaty respectively.

Kemah Bob

From Houston, TX and now based in London, Kemah Bob is a comedian, writer, producer, drag king and founder of the FOC IT UP! Comedy Club.

Her work is pro-black, sex positive and unapologetically so, using comedy as a tool for enlightenment and empowerment. Kemah is a sought after MC and stand up, having performed at events, clubs, theatres and festivals across the UK, supported Hannah Gadsby and Desiree Burch on tour and is a regular co-host on The Guilty Feminist podcast, for which she has performed to sold out audiences at the London Palladium.

Chloe Petts

Chloe Petts’ inexhaustibly funny mind and compelling presence has established her as one of the most exciting new acts on the circuit. Chloe is an alumna of the prestigious Pleasance Comedy Reserve, has been shortlisted for the BBC Comedy Award, was a finalist of Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year Awards 2017 and came runner-up in the Funny Women Awards 2017. She was recently seen on Dave’s Hypothetical and has been heard on BBC Five Live’s Fighting Talk and has appeared on Channel 4’s Random Acts and BBC 3 Quickies.
