Variant 31 is an adrenaline pumping immersive experience unlike anything you’ve done before.
Players will navigate through a 42,000 square foot purpose-built labyrinth in the heart of London’s West End. Once inside this creepy hidden world, you choose which rooms to explore, solving clues, activating secret surprises and unlocking hidden chambers as the sinister history of the building unfolds in front of your very eyes.
Who are the mysterious company Toxico Technologies? Who started the fire that wiped out the building? And did anyone make it out alive?
Utilising custom built state of the art wearable technology you’ll be in full control of the story. With a cast of over 150 actors and more than 200 rooms to explore, no two experiences will be the same.

Sadly due to the tight corridors, moments of pitch blackness, winding stairs, sudden loud noises, strobe lights, and content of an intense nature: the production will not be suitable for all guests, in particular guests with mobility or emotional restrictions.

- Good To Know
To ensure the clinic runs as smoothly as possible, please keep the following information in mind:
1. All patients must arrive at Patient Intake, located at 39 NEW OXFORD STREET, LONDON, WC1A 1BN, at least 10 minutes prior to your admission time. There are 3 entries per time slot, as such due to the individual patient processing needs, you may be admitted up to 45 minutes after your scheduled time. We will work to get you admitted as quickly as possible.
2. All patients are advised that they must wear suitable clothing. The following items are prohibited: Sandals, heels, dresses, long coats, loose or baggy clothing, earrings, nose rings, necklaces, watches, jewelery of any kind, costumes, masks, theatrical makeup, flowing fabric, large bags, heavy or bulky items.
ALL PATIENTS MUST WEAR FORM FITTING CLOTHING AND CLOSED TOED SHOES SUITABLE FOR NAVIGATING ROUGH, AND SLIPPERY TERRAIN.
If you do not arrive with the proper attire, you will be denied entry without refund.
3. There is a compulsory cloak room in effect. All items must be stowed before entry. You will also submit to our thorough security screening.
4. All patients must not come under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substance that will impair or impede your ability to make it safely through the trial.
5. All patients must sign a waiver before entry.
6. All patients must bring a VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID.
7. All patients attending clinics 6pm onward and all day Saturday & Sunday must be 18+. Strictly no exceptions.
8. If a patient needs to leave the clinic for any reason, there are no readmissions and no refunds.
9. This is a full contact experience. You WILL be touched. If you do not want to be touched, you may purchase a no touch ticket upon check in, strictly pending availability.
10. PATIENTS MAY NOT TOUCH ANY DOCTOR OR CLINICAL STAFF DURING THE TRIAL FOR ANY REASON.
11. Due to the limited availability of each clinic, it is not possible to rebook or reschedule your clinic time for another date. In limited circumstances, you may be able to add additional members to your party pending availability. No refund will be issued for an unused entry.
12. Due to an ongoing license application, the on site bars will be serving alcohol sporadically through mid November 2019. There is no guarantee alcohol will be served on the night of your entry.
13. This experience is not suitable for patients with limited mobility or physical restrictions.
14. All patients attending this clinic hereby affirm the following:
I represent and warrant that I do not have any physical or mental conditions and disabilities such as asthma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), high blood pressure, heart disease, broken bones, motion sickness, vertigo, emotional trauma, epilepsy, pregnancy, claustrophobia, and similar conditions that may be aggravated by this experience. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY AT MY OWN RISK AND AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MY PARTICIPATION, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INJURY AND LOSS.
